CAIN Signatory Registration

While we may have ratified the CAIN treaty in the Assembly, we won't count as a signatory until we send a representative to the Euro off-site forum and signify our acceptance of the treaty. I believe that Sam is a citizen in Euro and with him being our MoFA I would have thought he would be an obvious choice.

If he's willing to do it, he makes perfect sense.

I don't believe this is really an Assembly matter; the MoFA should have the authority to handle this.
