PASSED: Amendment to Article X.3 of the Charter (Sandaoguo/Glen-Rhodes)

The following legislation has received a motion and a second. Legislators may vote Aye, Nay or abstain from voting. The vote will remain open for 5 days and this bill will require a majority three-fifths (or 60%) of the votes in favor in order to become law.

Quote:3. The military may engage in offensive or defensive operations without fear of political reprisal. However, it may not colonize or annex any region without the express permission of the Cabinet and the Assembly. Nor may it destroy innocent regions. It may engage in the destruction of regions with which the Coalition is at war, and regions espousing hateful ideologies.

So, this vote ended almost at week ago, and before the LC ever set up a poll or cast their bloc vote. Per this court ruling, an absent LC Rep means the LC bloc vote can't be cast: http://tspforums.xyz/thread-4258-post-13...#pid133584

I do realize the in-game poll went in my favor... which is unfortunate since the LC Rep never cast a vote in time Sad

With 18 Ayes, 4 Nays, and 6 Abstentions, this amendment passes with 81.81818182% of approval and 18.18181818% of disapproval.
