So, this vote ended almost at week ago, and before the LC ever set up a poll or cast their bloc vote. Per this court ruling, an absent LC Rep means the LC bloc vote can't be cast: http://tspforums.xyz/thread-4258-post-13...#pid133584

I do realize the in-game poll went in my favor... which is unfortunate since the LC Rep never cast a vote in time
