To the residents of TSP, this announcement is being made to alert you all to legislation that has recently been passed.

• The Charter as been affirmed following a short legislative crisis. The vote passed by more than 92% in favor.
  
• The newly affirmed charter as been amended to allow the Cabinet to appoint a member to cover citizenship duties in the event there is no vice delegate.
  

Finally, the Chair would like to remind everyone about the elections for the High Court of The South Pacific going on currently and would encourage citizens to consider running for the position.
