The current powers of the delegate would not allow you to do what your platform proposes.  You can campaign for it within the assembly, of course, but any legislator could do that.

(g) Any signatory may opt-out of ratifying amendments to CAIN. After doing so, they will no longer be considered a signatory. 

I will opt so hard out of the ratifying amendments to CAIN that it will make your head spin.

Herp — I think what is being said is that it's not solely within the delegate's purview. The entire government is responsible for this treaty.

Apart from the sarcasm in our Trump-messages - btw pleasant that you answered with a sense of humour - there have to be more reasons, why you should be the delegate.
Empty Trump phrases, not important if triggered by me or not and if sarcastic or not, and big promises, you can't fulfill, like Tsu e.g. pointed out already, just aren't enough.
Otherwise - I'm allowing me to be as "nasty" as this now - I could run for this position too.
Is there another thing, that is maybe even more realistic, you would want to change, except of this CAIN thing (and the next embassy-opening) or do I take this all too serious with your nomination?

I'm not sure a lot of the region is familiar with the aspects of CAIN you're taking issue with.

I would like to be more active in the WA, and urge more people to join.

Also update people on if there was big changes to a SC bill.

Upon reconsidering, I don't have the physical energy to make a successful run for the Delegate and would not know what to do when there.
