Omega for CoA: This is What's Next
#1

Good evening everyone, I prepared some remarks if y’all would all sit down.
Let me start off by saying just how humbled I was when I saw that Sam had nominated me for a second term. I felt as though the Assembly still wanted to see me be their Chair, and that possibility excites me. But here’s what y’all should expect, should I receive a 2nd term:
First and foremost, increased efficiency. I will be the first to say that I have not always been the most up to date. However, as I think y’all have seen, over the past month or so Ryccia (who has said he will return as DCoA if asked) and I have worked out a system that allows us both to share some of the load so we can keep the Assembly moving. We would love to use our newly refined system to be able to keep the Assembly as effective as possible, so it can focus on getting things done, instead of worrying about votes getting put up.
I also want to mention one of my vows I made in my last campaign: to remain apolitical when acting as Chair. I do recognize that I am the Vice Chair of the APC and it is an honor to be in that position. But, when someone takes action as CoA they must remain apolitical and I believe I have accomplished that as well as anyone could.
And then there is the Commission on Procedure. We began meeting last term and since then we have discussed many things. We have seen some new, and innovative ideas, that would not only help keep decorum, but also provide some more structure to our legislating process. I would feel honored to be able to see this Commission to its finish.
And lastly, I want to stress something some might say is a weakness of mine. I have only been here for a year and four months. Yes, this makes me a “young” player, but as we are a feeder region, I think having a “young” player running the Assembly is a great thing. I still remember when I first got my start here, and I was very encouraged and convinced to stay here because of people who were just approachable and willing to let me keep trying. And I think having a Chair who can relate to the struggles of a new player and is willing to help them find their way around TSP, is crucial for being able to get people to stay. If I am re-elected I will do what I can to be approachable and encouraging to “younger” players. And I think by doing that, hopefully, I can set an example for not only future Chairs but also for the whole Assembly. If we ever want TSP to have a group that is growing and active we need to all be approachable for our “younger” players. Only by doing that will we foster the next generation of great leaders not only for TSP but really for all of NS. And I believe the Chair is the perfect person to set the example.
Thank you all very much for considering me to serve as your Chair once again! And as always feel free to ask questions below or PM me on the forum or Discord with any questions you may have.

I am truly humbled to have received my party's endorsement in this election. Thank you very much!
And everyone could y'all please just start asking some questions?  I would like to have answered some before y'all go to the polls.

Good evening. Now I know polls are open and many of you have already voted. But this is a message for those of you who haven't voted yet. Go vote. Despite the fact that I want to win, I also want to see our democracy continue to work. And that will only happen if you go and vote. I know I would be honored if I did receive your vote, and I also know Farengeto would be honored to get your vote. So just go and vote.
Above all else, I hope to be a decent person.
