So I think we need to really lay out some procedures on Permanent Justice and Pool Justice and DCoA confirmation votes. Even SPSF votes.
Heres; My proposed process: 1. Person with power to present a nominee presents their name and any relevant information about then to the Assembly 2. Assembly begins it's 'hearing' for 3 days at minimum 3. At the end of the hearing a nominee needs a simple majority in order to be confirmed. Vote is held for 3 days. Above all else, I hope to be a decent person.

Perfect. Couldn't have asked for a more effective yet simple process. (I'm glad to see that we would change it from disapproval vote to approval vote, for high court.)

I'm willing to stay with 25%. Although I could be talked into like 35 or 40 percent. I mean if someone can't get 25% there is probably something really wrong with them.

A simple majority (50%+1) should suffice For the confirmation approval vote
