Moving into transparency, what do ya'll think about the parties position right now? How do you outsiders feel about our transparency, and what could we do to improve? I personally don't think much needs to be changed about this, we have been very transparent about party votes and such, I however, would like to voluntarily bring the APC into the Sunshine act by making public all threads in the private sub forum every so often (6 months or so) so long as they aren't active or information that the APCRC declines to publish at that time. Also, I recommend that the #APCRC discord thread be publicly published (every month or so), so the party as a whole knows what their representatives are doing and hold them accountable. After deliberation in the APCRC, we resolved that a transcript would be time consuming and difficult to manage. To keep the transparency, we have resolved to allow all members to view the APCRC chat.

Upon further review, I think that the foreign affairs position is fine, but may need a slight update to reflect the times, 1 year later.
I also motion that we increase transparency by following the Sunshine act voluntarily. In regards to the SPSF, I don't think any changes are needed, @vietnam you are the MoMA, do you see anything that the party might need to add? -Griffindor/Ebonhand

On Justice and the courts, I would simply like to add a commitment to our court reform efforts. Comments?
