At this very moment the mercenaries of your oppressive regime surrender themselves to our militias. The Minnows you once exploited for influence have woken up, and now they rise as one like a wave to wash away the filth of the atmospheric rackets. 

Why the Committee of Defense reports that the People's Revolutionary Army has made significant gains across Pacifica. The pitiful imperial swine of the Pacific are falling rapidly at the feet of our Glorious advance. Soon every GCR from the North Pacific to Osiris shall fly the Red Banner. Soon the Minnows shall control their own influence, free from the lies and machinations of the exploitative userite oligarch. 

The Committee of the Interior reports that the Minnows of the South Pacific are much happier under the legitimate Socialist Republic. Under the prudent guidance and infinite wisdom of the Glorious Chairman Milograd the activity, equality, and quality of life in the South Pacific has risen to record heights. The power of the Minnow when unshackled is an immense force beyond the bounds of a man's imagination. 

Unfortunately at this time the Glorious Chairman cannot be quoted on the status of the Revolution. The last transmission from his command bunker was received... Eight hundred twenty-nine days ago... Only a short while. Surely when the final pockets of the oligarchy are destroyed the Glorious Chairman will make the effort to address the proletariat. This leads to my final words, as dictated by the People's Revolutionary Commissariat.

To the Minnows reading this report. Those poor souls who still find themselves enslaved by the jay gangsters. Rise up and fight. Your freedom is imminent. 

To the mercenary air-walkers and your userite oligarch puppet masters. Your time oppressing and exploiting the Minnow for influence is at an end.
