Is the LC proposal an actual ordinance replacing this, or just a description of what will be in the planned ordinance? I hate to be a bother, but it doesn't look finalised as it doesn't have stuff like election scheduling in it.

Ugh, I withdraw my motion to vote until that is clarified, because I have no idea.

It would be nice to have some communication with the Assembly by the Local Council in regard to this. They are still supposed to have assigned an Assembly representative, even with elimination of the bloc vote. We can't know what they're doing if they're not telling us.

PS2 said a long time ago that he doesn't want LC laws to be written in a legal format, because it's not understandable by casual players.

I think the issue Bel was raising was the absence of scheduling, not the formatting.

The LC has indicated they'd like this repeal to be brought to vote. I motion for that.
