The South Pacific,

The government of The Pacific hereby appoints United Arkadia as an ambassador between our two regions.  They have been a highly-contributing member of The Pacific for 3 months and as a Legionarius and Legion Officer for all 3 of those months, and we expect that they will perform capably in this post.

United Arkadia will be responsible for facilitating regular communication between the governments of The South Pacific and The Pacific, and acting as representative of The Pacific.
