Welcome to the The Lampshade Academy!

What is TLA?

The Lampshade Academy is an institution designed to hone your skills to serve The South Pacific and its ministries. In The Lampshade Academy, you will be trained so that you could be more competent and skilled fellows. We already have nine students so far and we are still accepting students for the first batch.

The Administrative Building of The Lampshade University

As of the moment we offer two programs: the Fellowship Degree Program (FDP) and the Diploma Program (DP). The fellowship program is perfect for those who want to specialize in a given field. The program consists of two periods: the education period, and the immersion period. The first part will consist of two core subjects, two electives and a research subject. The second part will then allow the students to apply what they have learned before they graduate. The student can choose from three tracks: Fellowship Degree International Relations (FdIR), Fellowship Degree in Communications (FdCom), Fellowship Degree in Culture and Outreach (FdCO). We also offer a diploma program which is a flexible program that is perfect for students who want to pick several subjects.
