As I've mentioned in IRC and the Operations center, there's a 65536 character limit on posts as well as a feature that merges double posts into the first. This makes it impossible to repost longer threads or spread a longer piece over several posts. Can we either allow the double posting or increase the character limit?

And if we increase the character limit can we increase the image limit too? I was getting an error on my cartography thread, which is obviously rather image heavy.

Ok -- here's the deal.

It was set so that if you made multiple posts withing an hour, they could be combined. As such, I think this is just an issue we're running into as we're trying to import things that were on the old forum.

In any case, I removed the character limit on posts and also removed the image restrictions -- which had been at 10.
