Legal Question: Administrators and Political Positions |
Your honor,
After a look at the end of the constitution, I found: Charter of the South Pacific Wrote:XII. THE ADMINISTRATION TEAM Thus, I ask the court: Can a member of the administration team of TSP also be the Prime Minister, a Cabinet Member, or the Delegate?
If I may, I believe the clause "Administrators will not be given responsibilities of a political nature" refers to the Administrators as an entire body, not as particular individuals who choose to run for office.

In agreement with Tsunamy, I believe it is meant to be interpreted as administrators not involving themselves in things which are of a political nature. For instance, attempting to be unbiased if responding to a political dispute, or exercising abstinence. If choosing tho run for office, it is common sense that they will not use their powers for political gain.
