Open Borders and Trade Agreement

Formally ratified in 30th of March 2017

RECOGNIZING the need for free trade within The South Pacific

BELIEVING that free trade benefits the world as a whole

FURTHER BELIEVING that landlocked nations should have access to the sea for trade reasons

ACKNOWLEDGING both the state of Rebeltopia and the state of Huawan are adjacent to one another.

THEREFORE, Hereby:

ALLOWS certain predesignated routes of road, rail, and water to be used for trade between signatories

ENCOURAGES all signatories to remove or heavily reduce tariffs against other signatory nations

BANS all embargos without a majority vote

ALLOWS citizens of signatory nations to enter the boarders of signatory nations under lesser guidelines, in so much that national security is not compromised

ALLOWS citizens of signatory nations to freely move into and around within boarders

ALLOWS use of commercial air traffic over designated paths, both for travel to, or through, a signatory nation

ALLOWS, to a point that it does not jeopardize the national security of a signatory and must require formal permission from signatory country, the ability for military units to transverse each others territory.

MANDATES a nations government ratify this agreement in whole before becoming a signatory of this agreement
