| [RELEASED] Amendment to the APC Charter (Article 3, Section 4) |
Right now, we would technically be forced to drop one of our APCRC General Members due to lower membership. This amendment would protect an APCRC member elected when membership in the party was higher at the election than at the present time.
Amendment: Would become Article 3, Section 4 (with other sections below renumbered): The number of General Members in the APCRC may not shrink due to decreased party membership, except when an election for a new APCRC has begun, or through a CTE, resignation, or impeachment. What do y'all think? I am open to putting this amendment anywhere else in the charter, but creating this space seemed like the thing to do. I am also in favor of deleting everything after begun, because it wouldn't really be necessary. -Griffindor/Ebonhand
