Imposing Restrictions on Raiding Nations and Regions

Category: Military Resolution GA #402 Proposed by: Republic of Valliesta

The World Assembly,
Applauding it's members efforts to stave off raiders,
Concerned about it's many members that are defeated by raiders,

Noting the loss of many member states at the hands of raiders and savages. However, noting that raiding is a major part of NationStates and always has been. However, many nations and regions have helplessly tried to defend themselves against thousands of nations that will raid a region and conquer it in a mere matter of hours. This is a concern with many regions.

Hereby, this law will restrict raiding nations and help nations provide aid to one another during times of crises.

1.Restricting the place of raiding nations in the World Assembly
  I. Any member nation in the World Assembly the has partook in a raid or partakes in a raid shall be banned from the World Assembly.

II. A World Assembly member from a region that partakes in raiding will not be allowed to propose or repeal any resolution in the General Assembly or Security Council.

  III. Any member nation of the World Assembly that is not in a raiding region, but is found aiding raiders, will be banned from the World Assembly.

2. Taking action against Raiders
I. If a region chooses, they may send spies into a raider region, to gather intelligence from the message boards.
II. A democratic, world assembly member region MAY raid a raiding region, but may ONLY install a democratic government there.

3. Giving aid to regions being raided
I. If a region is being raided, the Security Council shall hold a 1-day vote to determine weather to help that region or not. If the result is to help that region, all WA member regions must provide aid to that region.
II. If a region that is allied with a region that is being raided, they MUST hold a 1 day vote to determine weather to send aid into that region or not.
