Liberate Hogwarts Passes Narrowly
#11

Because Unibot is a dirty liberal Canadian with socialized death panel healthcare.

My pissedoffedness arises from the fact that this isn't a res that'll change your nation stats in some way, but an SC liberation that directly interferes with a region. If lols are cool for that, why put up libs in the first place?

@wetwork, The Security Council does not deal with RP like the General Assembly does. The Security Council deals directly with the actions of individuals and regions in Military Gameplay on NationStates as well as commending and condemning individual nations for wonderful/abhorrent works in there regions, as regions, as soldiers, and as major contributors to this game. Probably not the best explanation but it's what I got for ya in my slightly sleep deprived state. Tounge

For people who call it good reporting, since when did writing a tabloid become good reporting?

I thought about what logo I wanted for some time and realized every design was trying to be The Toronto Star. I decided to not be coy and made it the logo.

I think it's a strong logo. I'm not so much of a fan of the Star myself though.

I understand what they do, as much as I disagree with it.
My question is if the process is gonna be subject to people's desires for humour, then why bother with the pretence of doing 'good', however thin that pretence may be?

Because it's not like the resolution was actually proposed just for people to have a good time. The fact that Bach decided to have a good time means only that: Bach decided to have a good time.

Indeed. Did I mention I just love the Security Council?

No really, all that to-ing and fro-ing, condemning and commending, it does my heart good to see such a frugal use of carrots and sticks.
There was a place for a smiley somewhere there, but I lost it...
