After a second reading, I think it's worth doing a quick rewrite to place a greater focus on the issue of vote removals, which is after all the topic of the LQ. I'll just rework a few paragraphs in Chapters I and III.

Before posting the ruling, I just wanted to set aside some time to thank you for helping. Having a law clerk is still an experiment, so I feel there is a lot of room for improvement in terms of involving the clerk in the process of deciding and drafting, but I think the project is off to a great start.
