Dear Director Marynd

Our embassy is sufficient, however, we find our consulate building at 2nd consulate row to be too immense for our usage, and too costly for us to maintain. We thus would like a smaller consulate, and have found a suitable location for it.

We wish to move our consulate to such locations.

I am writing this letter to notify you that I am filing an application to set up a diplomatic mission on behalf of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the name of THE RIGHT HONOURABLE MINISTER OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS ABERLIL BERLYNE and the Federal Republic of Besern. As ordered by your policies in the forming of a diplomatic mission in Techganet, I am required to state that our current acting head of state and government is THE RIGHT HONOURABLE CHANCELLOR ATRUEUE VISCHERVONDA.
