It has been six weeks since the destruction of the second Death Star, the death of the Emperor and, in the minds of some, at least, the victory of the Rebel Alliance over the Galactic Empire. All across the galaxy, the once-mighty empire is fragmenting, dissolving, or being overrun.

On the Outer Rim planet ofQolkath - an Imperial backwater best known for weapons tests, the one-upmanship of its three squabbling imperial divisions and, thanks to a number of supposed no-go zones where the after-effects of some of the more esoteric weapons still linger, smuggling, bounty hunters and organised crime - the death of the Emperor is seen in only one light - as a power vacuum.

Now, the three divisions have turned into defacto fiefdoms and the conflict that is brewing between them and the planetary lockdown until it is resolved threatens to ruin business for everyone....

You can be anything you like (excluding force-sensitives) in this very informal Star Wars RP. The action will start in a small makeshift cantina called Yai’s in zone 19, one of the calmer no-go zones and a popular place for Qolkath’s underclass (and the odd Imperial) to relax (within reason), get a drink (if you don’t mind that it might poison you) and find work. Name: Elden Farr
Age: 29
Appearance: Tall, slender, long dark hair and dark eyes, with a slight stoop and spectacles (almost certainly an affectation).
Background: Elden is an unlikely-looking smuggler, appearing far more like a researcher most of the time that someone ready for action, but, despite this, he’s seen more than his fair share of it, having run cargos for the Hutts and the Black Sun in the past as well as numerous jobs for smaller crimelords and even the Rebel Alliance, occasionally. The current galactic chaos has left him uncomfortable, however and he has made his way further into the Outer Rim to try and escape it, only to get trapped on Qolkath when the lockdown went into effect.
