Legal Question: CoA powers when cabinet does not act
#11

I for one would like to ask the question "At what point does a vote pass into law?" if only to be sure precedent has been set.

If you want to pursue this as a legal question, the Court would suggest starting a separate thread.

I apologize to the court, as I did not intend this question to become a debate thread.

My question was rooted in a concern that inaction by the Cabinet on implementing the new Legislator Committee Act was preventing new legislator applications from being processed, however given that there now appears to be action by Cabinet on that front, my question has become moot.

I withdraw my question and thank the Court for their indulgence.
