Well, if we wait, no one is likely to ask the question, especially considerin' Tsu just extended the period to six months. Everyone will have forgotten they're deletin' human created accounts by the time they start doin' it, unless GR or someone takes it upon themselves to break their own policy.

I don't think it is proper for any of us to tell the other to submit the legal question. It has to be a personal decision.
I'd submit it, if I thought the question needed submitted.
