The rival country of Eightylandia, 'Nowhere Land.' Population 82, they base their economy on making paper airplanes and assembling IKEA furniture. They regularly attack floor 85 with paper airplane and staplers. The government runs out of a misplaced dumpster. Cardboard boxes make up the buildings. DylanPickle-
