Hello dear peoples of the South Pacific.
I'm a fist time player of NS and decided to settle here. My country is Thirteen United Provinces and my glorious nation has sun and beaches, and Whisky.. oh yeah  .
Still puzzled about some aspects of this game, but my guess is that scrounging around this board will solve that.
My first guess would be applying for citizenship, and after approval I could get me a spot on the map?
