So, I've been a corrupt annoying trolly edgy incompetent obsequious overbearing toxic defenderist sycophant for about 2.5 years now, and while there was a time where I was double-proscribed from two regions, I've never been personally declared Persona Non Grata anywhere. As part of my campaign for craziest, I'd like you to help me draft my application for PNG status that I will send to various regions.

My current idea is something like this:

perchance it may have escaped your attention, but I am clearly and overtly an adversary of yours. For your own sake, I strongly recommend declaring me a Persona Non Grata in your region, so that I cannot interfere, subvert, or tamper with your community or your lawful processes.

As I have found no application for this, let me introduce myself. I am Roavin. I am a corrupt defenderist subversive and pitiful Unibotian sycophant. I have insulted nations, attacked regions, ruined the fun of poor unfortunate raiders, refounded trophies, and am generally OOC toxic. I use backchannels, bribes, and blackmail to get what I want, which never aligns with your interests, I freely mock individuals associated with your region, and I once kicked a child's ball over a fence on purpose because I enjoyed watching the tears. I export voters to democratic regions, plant spies in autocratic regions, send nudes to the susceptible, regularly break site rules for personal pleasure, and I smell like a third world fish market on a hot day. I recruit from your region with false advertising, plant sleepers to overthrow you, break your delegacy streaks, destroy your forums, harass your women and children, and am an impeccable justification for post-term abortion.

I hope to have adequately expressed my grotesque delinquency and am awaiting my declaration within the next two minutes.

Kinda, if by "push" you mean "run into at full speed" and by "pool" you mean "sewage tank".
