Although basically all that conversation does is further explain my point, Kris Kringle is the last person I'd want to argue with:

Read through this page of the RMB. Basically what's happening/happened is Auphelia tells Midand that she's in trial for corruption. She makes it a big deal to Midand and nobody else because she's obviously trying to use her position as LC to her advantage and is likely looking for the other LC members to be defensive of her. It doesn't appear to be working, but I think she's clearly trying to do that.

Your honors,

If I may, if I have something to contribute to the current situation, I ask if I can put it forward.

Your Honour,

While I am not able to submit photo evidence of corruption, I can provide another link to evidence.

This is a post of Auphelia's that contains a "death threat" on the third quote, in reply to The Solar System Scope (TSSS). While it is clear that this is merely a joke and is not prosecutable according to any law, it is worrying for someone - especially a Local Councillor candidate, who must be responsible in their actions - to post this.

I hope that this is constructive to the debate.

Yours,

Your Honourable Justices,

I apologise for the text posting, I hereby attach the screen shots for the conversation included within my previous assistance.

In order to clarify and summarise my previous statements, I opine the Courts will find it difficult under the Charter to find jurisdiction in this case as nothing within the Charter allows the Court to interfere with RMB side, I highlight key phrases for consideration.

V. THE LOCAL COUNCIL

Establishing home rule for the in-game region residents

1. The Local Council will be the local government of the in-game community, composed of three or more residents of The South Pacific, and will represent the interests of all players in the region, moderate the Regional Message Board, encourage activity on the game-side, and administrate itself on issues unique to the in-game community.

2. The Local Council is entitled to self-administration within its jurisdiction on local issues, but may not pass laws or regulations that contradict this Charter or constitutional laws. To that end, the Assembly may not enact any law, nor the Cabinet deliver any directive, that is solely related to an issue local to the in-game community.

3. The Local Council may not be denied the authority to run regional polls, create and pin Dispatches, and to suppress messages on the Regional Message Board according to a standard moderation policy. However, it may not alter the regional flags or tags, and may not send out mass telegrams, without the approval of the Delegate.

4. To help promote inter-governmental relations, the Local Council will send a representative to the Assembly, whose term must not exceed the Local Council’s. The method of selection will be decided by the Local Council.

With respect and in good faith,

Beepee

Your Honor,
I enter my argument in support of the defendant.

The only reason the plantiff seems to be presenting this is because he/she has a personal grudge against the defendant.
A lot of us on the RMB may be annoyed by the defendant sometimes. But the plantiff (along with another citizen, Techolandia) takes it too far, to the point of harrasment, a crime that is not only illegal in the RMB Rules but the Criminal Code itself.
The plantiff seems to be presenting this accusation because of a personal grudge, not because it's actually true. This is actually corruption. The plantiff wishes to remove a regional official from office because of a personal grudge, and install someone else (Probably the plantiff himself or Techolandia) in the defendant's place.
I, personally, find no evidence of corruption in the claims posted by the plantiff, rather the plantiff's view when he reads them. The defandant has accepted no bribes by any citizen, nor has harbored any clear, over-the-top bias when suppressing posts.

To support my harrasment claims, I put out an image album with screenshots of the plantiff harrasing the defendant.
