MS, in his post, said essentially the same things that NHC said in the OP.
Therefore, NHC is pretty much making two criminal complaints about something he actually doesn't believe is illegal.

Actually, let me further explain before somebody tries to say otherwise.
Malayan Singapura didn't even explain why it's actually illegal, other than referencing the Border Control Act (even though Auphelia doesn't have Border Control). If he's also trying to say it's corruption, then he doesn't explain why. I referenced actual laws she's broken and explained why I think she broke them.

This case is not found to have probable cause.
