Do we want to broaden it to "court Justices" - to include the associate justices?

I'm don't believe so. As Associate Justice is not a position explicitly firewalled, it would inconsistent to do so here.

Edit: For the record, an amendment to address this exact issue was proposed last month by Awe. There were disagreements as to whether it should include 'Justices of the High Court' or just the 'Chief Justice'. It did not go to a vote.

As announced here, Amerion's three separate drafts to replace the outdated term "Permanent Justice" in extant law have been merged into a single thread.

I agree with all of your changes. One could make an argument for recusals for the Parole act, but given that it also explicitly requires the senior-most CRS member, I'm fine with it as-is.

All good.

Does anyone have any issues with these minute changes?
