The following amendment to the Charter has been sufficiently debated and has received a motion and second to vote. As a Charter amendment, it will be at vote for five days and require a three-fifths majority to pass. The vote will end on July 27, 2018 @ 08:18 UTC.
The debate thread can be found here. Charter, Article VII, Section 1 Wrote:1. The Delegate will be the head of state of the Coalition. They will be responsible for helping maintain the security of the region, promoting growth and activity, and serving as an advisor to the forum-side government. Barring reasonable circumstances, the Delegate will hold the in-game Delegate seat.
