I am actually leaning towards Belschaft's because it gives the PM more to do...
However, Tim's also is quite good, though I'm still leaning toward Belschaft.

I agree with Faebae on this and would love to see Tim's with any changes he deems necessary now that he has had a chance to mull it over.

Then, splitting the RA Ministry has long been discussed and is overdue but that is a separate piece of legislation.
