Just a small change. I remember @islands_of_unity wanted this, as shown here:

As the writer of the bill, can we fix an error I made in it while writing? My intent was that the word predecessor say successor, but at the time of writing I had confused the two words. This is awkward to bring up because it's my error, but I would like to fix it.

I believe there was another thread where we tried to tidy this legislation up a little.

I also seem to recall there was discussion about the word successor and the practicalities. Perhaps we can revive that discussion rather than this new one?

I checked it, and the latest draft (by @Nakari) was a simple rewrite of the original, just tidied up, and also is the exact same text of the current one. This small change is enough IMO.
