[VOTE] Amendment to Charter V.4 (Roavin)

The following amendment to the Charter has been sufficiently debated and has received a motion and second to vote. As a Charter amendment, it will be at vote for five days and require a three-fifths majority to pass. The vote will end on September 7, 2018 @ 20:47 UTC.

This amendment has been declared a competing amendment to the vote here. As per Legislative Procedure Act 1.5, the bill that receives more votes in favor will become law.

This amendment has been declared to directly affect the game-side community. Therefore, as per Charter XIII.2, upon passage here, the proposal will first be subject to a game-side vote administered by the Local Council before it becomes law.

Charter, Article V Wrote:4. To help promote inter-governmental relations, the Local Council will may send a representative to the Assembly, whose term must not exceed the Local Council’s. The method of selection will be decided by the Local Council.

This amendment has passed 26-8. It will become law pending a game-side vote administered by the Local Council, which has been notified.
