When I EC, I usually don’t even count Craziest ballots and just pick who I want Tounge

The last time I was EC I was elect Craziest due to several hundred private ballots received at the last minute....

This is prohibited by Article 4.1.a. of the Elections Act, which specifies;

"For the first 6 days of the election period, legislators may declare their candidacy for only one position."

This would of course not apply to the election of Craziest Person in the South Pacific, this not being a position.

Having considered the public appeal in regards to the provision of private ballots, and the indications of several Legilsators that they would not vote without this option, I have decided that the Vote Collector account will now be used in this election.
