On the basis of incidents that have occurred in The East Pacific the joint moderation team of The South Pacific has made the determination that the player known as Yuno represents a credible risk to the safety of vulnerable individuals in our community.

The administrative team of The East Pacific have provided us with clear and convincing evidence that for an extended period of time Yuno maintained a Discord server established for the purpose of disseminating graphic illustrations depicting minors, and has placed minors at risk of sexual exploitation and grooming. As a result of this Yuno has been permanently banned from The South Pacific and all offsite property we regulate.

Any individual in The South Pacific who has had contact with Yuno or other players that they find concerning can inform us privately and confidentially via safeguarding.tsp@gmail.com .

I'd like clarification on one point. According to TSP admins, the server was established for the purpose of disseminating said illustrations - according to TEP, it hosted without that being the explicit purpose. Both are unclear on if Yuno established the server/that purpose for it (though TSP's seems to indicate that). I realise this might seem irrelevant but the admin statements seem to conflict on this and it would be nice to know accurately what is going on, especially for people who have got to know Yuno.

Thanks to the mods for taking action on this. It must have been incredibly disturbing.

It should be noted that the mere existence of the Server was not the most concerning issue, but rather that the administrative team of the East Pacific has credible reason to believe that Yuno placed minors at risk of sexual exploitation and grooming. The safety of vulnerable users of TSP offsite property is of paramount importance.
