The Complainant alleges that a warning that his post had been suppressed, directions on how to edit the post and link of the RMB guidelines constituted spam. These actions show a clear lack of respect for this court, the region and its processes and laws. I request that the Court admonish the complainant for trolling and affirm the legally constituted status of the RMB Guidelines. I ask the court if this, specifically the bolded part, is actually a standard moderation policy, as it is not consistently enforced, as shown by this, a double post by Sword of Summer (although the second post was later deleted, it was originally suppressed), and this double post by Concrete Slab.
Whereas this Court has conducted a careful review of the merits of such a request on the basis of its legal necessity and potential to impact present and future policies.
It is resolved with respect to these Legal Questions as follows:

May I ask if, in the course the courts review of this legal question, it has made a determination on the legally constituted status of the RMB Guidelines as a standard moderation policy?

The Court has made no determination, it has declined to hear the question on account of its non-justiciability.
