Legal Question (interpret the meaning and application of a law) [1909] Standard Moderation Policy
#11

I wish to inform the Court that the Complaintant in this file his chosen to not wait for a ruling on this matter but instead chose to engage in a series of double posting yesterday in a what he claimed was a protest.

Instead of waiting for this court to rule the Complainant has chosen to take actions clearly in violation of the law.

(these quote point to the initial posts, that were followed by the improper double posts, which were then suppressed in accordance with the policy)

During this time The Complainant blocked telegrams from myself and refused to discuss his concerns privately.  The Complainant alleges that a warning that his post had been suppressed, directions on how to edit the post and link of the RMB guidelines constituted spam.

These actions show a clear lack of respect for this court, the region and its processes and laws. I request that the Court admonish the complainant for trolling and affirm the legally constituted status of the RMB Guidelines.

Determination of Justiciability

Whereas New Haudenosaunee Confederacy has requested this Court that a review be conducted on certain issues related to the interpretation of the law with the following question:

I ask the court if this, specifically the bolded part, is actually a standard moderation policy, as it is not consistently enforced, as shown by this, a double post by Sword of Summer (although the second post was later deleted, it was originally suppressed), and this double post by Concrete Slab.

Whereas this Court has conducted a careful review of the merits of such a request on the basis of its legal necessity and potential to impact present and future policies.

It is resolved with respect to these Legal Questions as follows:
  1. It is not deemed justiciable.
  2. The Court may provide an opinion on its reasons for issuing this determination, at the request of the petitioner, or any party so authorised by them, no later than seven days following the publication of this Determination.
It is so ordered.

May I ask if, in the course the courts review of this legal question, it has made a determination on the legally constituted status of the RMB Guidelines as a standard moderation policy?

If a determination on this status was made I request the Courts opinion on its reasons for issuing this determination.

The Court has made no determination, it has declined to hear the question on account of its non-justiciability.
