Today, 18 March 2019 is Max Barry's Birthday.

As part of the activities, we lodge mock legislation here, at the bar, for appropriate (drunk) discussion and celebration. As we know from countless parliaments around the world, the best legislation is that prepared by drunks. Feel free to go wild... and special bonus points to those who makes Max Barry based legislation.

The Max Barry Act
An Act to celebrate Max Barry and install him as Permanent Delegate in a bloodless coup. NOTING that Max Barry has been a long time supporter of the South Pacific. UNDERSTANDING that he is observing our every move. BELIEVING he would be totally benevolent as a Delegate. UNDERSTANDING that, in order to satisfy him, we must rebel. THE SOUTH PACIFIC hereby installs Max Barry IOU Belschaft Seraph Amerion as Permanent Delegate.
