[DRAFT] The Military Act

The Military Security Act
An Act to exemplify the standard of all laws in the Coalition of The South Pacific.
 
 
1. Entrance into SPSF

1. The following acts define entrance into SPSF and what changes:
a. Understanding that the security of SPSF and the Coalition could always use some room to improve this requires the Coalition to give anybody who joins or apply's to SPSF after this bill is passed a time of 4 days before they are eligible to become a Solider.
b. A time of 2 days is required in this bill before they can officially join the military and see plans and etc.

2. Soldier Protections

1. The following acts define protections for the military:
a. Understanding security and possible brainwashing all military members are not allowed to disclose that they are apart of the military.
b. Concerning about figuring out via the SPSF server the SPSF server should therefore be made private for only authorized members of the Coalition.

3. Prohibited Regions & Nations

(1): The following acts define regions that can work with the military.
a. Any region that is a raiding region, an enemy of the Coalition's or the Coalition's allies will not and shall never work with our military.

(2): The following acts define nations that can enter the military.
a. If the Proscription Act is violated by a nation no matter if foreign or not then they shall not work for or with the military.

4. Constitutional Law

(1) The Proscription Act is a constitutional law, and further amendments to it must meet constitutional amendment requirements.

It would seem you have some ideas, which is wonderful. Thank you for proposing this.

I have found that it is usually custom here to:

1. Amend present acts rather than make new ones (where the content permits); this proposal would probably be better as an amendment to the Military Code (https://tspforums.xyz/thread-4115.html)

2. Not provide reasons within the legislation itself (that is, not having things like this in the text of the proposal: "Understanding that the security of SPSF and the Coalition could always use some room to improve")

However, perhaps someone more experienced than me can confirm those are conventions (or tell me I am mistaken)
