The National Portrait Gallery's Inaugural Class features 30 outstanding individuals whose works and efforts have changed the way we live for the better. While doing so, they have embraced the Dare to think attitude when everyone else around them chose to think differently. Each and every one of them have shown through their actions the qualities of courage, conviction and compassion. It is our honour to recognize today their immense and positive impact on national and regional history and development.
