Greetings, South Pacificans!

Witchcraft and Sorcery, our Minister of Military Affairs, recently resigned due to losing interest - we hope he'll stay to enjoy our community, and that he finds great places to reinvest that interest. This has, of course, left a place to fill in the Cabinet. Since the office became vacant more than halfway into the term, it is up to Cabinet to find a replacement.

Heliseum is a promising member of the South Pacifican Special Forces. He has been quick to learn the required military skills, and is eager to assist in the running of the military, including training. He is an active and reliable soldier. He has also been a Cabinet Intern for the last two months - so not only is he familiar with how the Cabinet works, he has also worked with the current Cabinet and proved his worth. The General Corps are also impressed by his eagerness to learn and his balanced, enthusiastic approach to being Minister.

Therefore, we appoint Heliseum to the position of Minister of Military Affairs. Congratulations, new Minister!
