Arnold will be well known in Parliament and in neighbouring countries, as Minister for Foreign Affairs. Late of Alton City, Qaweritoyu. Beloved husband of Danielle and father of Natasha, Alexandra, Edith, Cindy and Eva. Sadly missed by his loving wife and family, sisters Elena, Jessie, Belinda and Miranda, brothers Brendan and Norman, sons-in-law Darnell, Mark and Ricky, 17 grandchildren, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, friends and colleagues in Parliament.

Reposing at his home on Tuesday from 5PM with prayers at 7PM. Removal on Wednesday morning at 10:20AM to arrive at Alton City Cathedral for Funeral Mass at 11AM followed by private cremation in Alton City Crematorium. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Donation box in the Cathedral.

May he rest in peace.
