Those who win this election will have won because the region trusted them and their plans, so I would meet with them to find a way to align my campaign and theirs into a workable agenda. It's important to let them implement their ideas (and that I be there to help them do so) but the Cabinet also needs to know where we are headed, so everyone has an idea of what we hope to accomplish while doing something.
