They aren't serving as Cabinet Advisors, they are just serving as advisors in the Ministry of Culture.

OK, so I'm legitimately confused. What is the difference between a "Cabinet Advisor" and "advisors to a ministry"? I am including a list of the senior level Cabinet staff in our inaugural message. So I just need who the very important non-ministers are.

As I understand it, Cabinet Advisors participate in Cabinet discussions like a junior Cabinet member, while ministry advisors don't. So as I understood it, the ones with Cabinet-level access are you (brought in by Pen), Somy (as the extant OWL secretary), and myself (as the deputy brought in by Phoenix).

Then there's the whole Prarie situation but that's a whole 'nother bag.

I mean, the draft has *been* ready. But at this point, we’re 2 weeks in. The wording of the draft will have to be changed significantly because we’re no longer posting it right after elections.

Well the whole intro is written in the context of having *just* finished the election, so I’ll need to rework that. And the Ministry of Culture section needs to be rewritten as well, since we’re past Halloween.
