This started from reading a post back from 2009 of influential people. So I figured, I'd give some short briefs about each person (boxers not included). I'll update the OP over time, expanding beyond people just named from a 2009 survey. Ask any questions you want.

Todd McCloud 
longtime TEP delegate, leader of former raiding group Foxrite. Quit raiding after they griefed San Francisco Bay Area.

Moo-Cows With Guns
Former NPO Emperor, had falling out with Ivan Moldavi. Which also effected the Cybernations branch. Passed away.

Pope Lexus X
Was a prominent member from Europeia, also involved in Equinox.

Falconias
[insert random generic insult]. Former FRA Arch Chancellor. Original Founder of Equinox, was also involved in Europeia and pissing off Onder.

Kandarin
I forget his origins, but known for being the longest serving delegate of The Rejected Realms.

TAO
aka The Ancient Order. A prominent member of TWP in the past, still exists. Used to raid what he called Deadwood regions and force them to CTE (One or few nation inactive regions). Has a region called The Beech Beach House which is sort of an unofficial resting vacation home for former GCR delegates.

Francos Spain
Took over the Pacific by force, which eventually led to the creation the NPO as it is today. Having a sort of war with the ADN. Went off to try to take over The North Pacific. Quit the game. Came back for a day on an anniversary of the NPO in 2013.

Gates the God
Founded Gatesville. Was extremely anti-World Assembly/UN. He and Gatesville/Inc has participated in many shady things such as coups.

Red Back
Current founder of The Black Hawks (TBH). Pretty much retired but sometimes stills exists. Is considered the leader of TBH ceremonially to this day.

Evil Wolf
Scardino's #2. Took over Lone Wolves United (LWU/El Wu) when Scar left the game. Had friction with XKI, causing Grub to literally declare war against LWU. He's for the lolz and here for your protection. Probably. He's commended.
