Independence Day and Defender Day is Here!

Time to !grabs your lampshades and flags, put one on and wave the other! We're visiting the LadyRebels Statue to Celebrate Independence Day! And after last October, the Assembly declared that Defender Day would be an official holiday. We worked with the Ministry of Defence to bring you a week of festivities. Celebrating Independence and Defenders!

List of events and when they will happen.

These events will both be happening in our main discord server and the RMB.

Saturday, 17th (Defender Day):

• Opening speeches by Tin the Free and HumanSanity
  
• Defender Day Speech by HumanSanity 
  
• Chasing Event: A defender event on Discord. Hosted by HumanSanity 8PM UTC (4PM EST)

Sunday 18th:

• RMB event. RMB event will be Hosted by HumanSanity and Melicorium 6PM UTC (2PM EST)
  
• Spotting event: The spotting event will occur throughout the day. 
  More information in being posted later by HumanSanity.
  

Monday 19th:
 

• Cards against Nationstates: We will be playing Cards against NationStates on the discord. Hosted by Apatosaurus 3AM AND 8AM UTC.

Tuesday 20th (Independence Day):
 

• Independence Day Speech by Tin the Free (Was pushed to Wednesday)
  
• Haiku contest: Like the last event's Madlibs, I'll be doing it in #coconut-grove. Let's see who can write the best poems to describe TSP, Independence and Defender alignment!
  

Wednesday 21th:

• Kahoot quiz: A Kahoot quiz on Independence Day, Defender Day and TSP in general. Hosted by Apatosaurus 3AM (4PM EST)
  
• Tetr.io Wednesday: Will be happening as usual during the same time.
  

Thursday 22th:

• LadyRebels Address by LadyRebels
  
• LadyRebels Statue of Liberty reveal: No other flags will be flown here other than our flag. Is everyone ready to see this year's rendition of the statue? How do we change it every year? *Counts Drama Llamas* 
  
• TSP Themed Thursday: I guess this week's theme is going to be not that hard to guess...
