Do you favor the current judicial system? If not, what kind of system would you like to see implemented?

The current judicial system is the most effective one we've had in some time. My ideal judicial system is a quasi-judicial Senate.

For newer citizens, and also for those of us who don't quite remember the previous debate we had, could you briefly describe what would be different under a Senate, that isn't happening under our current High Court system?
