LegComm is currently sitting at four members (Penguin, Roavin, W&S, Nakari) but is not meeting timelines for processing legislator applications in a timely manner, as demonstrated in this Assembly thread. Various Legislative solutions to this may be discussed and attempted (as they often/always are in these spots) but ultimately the best answer isĀ for us to appoint a new LegComm member to have additional hands processing applications.

I pinged LegComm in #joint-security-room and they indicated they would like a new LegComm member. Penguin, Nakari, and W&S indicated "yes" and W&S volunteered to put out an open application this evening. We also agreed LegComm would come back to the Cabinet with applications and recommendations after the late December holiday (in 1.5-2 weeks) so we can make a nomination for the Assembly (if there are any acceptable applications).
