Good morning Ladies and Gentleman.

I'm going to do my best to keep this basic. I've never held this post before and I would very much like to. I've been involved in TSP for quite awhile and feel that I can really make a mark in this position.

I'm not going to guarantee that I will be perfect at this position, but I will tell you I'll do my very best to try and do everything I can to make sure that everything goes according to TSP plans Smile

Anyway. I hope that you vote for me and have faith that I will do the best I can to make TSP awesomer Smile

Please feel free to ask all the questions you wish. I shall answer as soon as I can Smile
Hi, I have a question. Are you gonna make some changes to the Assembly if you win?
My plan,if I am elected, is to keep the activity level high yet try and keep it a bit more civil. I don't want to have to be a stickler but if I must, I shall. I want to see things that come before the Assembly voted on and discussed to the best possible option so that the best possible outcome can be reached. I want to continue making TSP the best region we possibly can be and will do my best to set an example of level headedness (that I need to practice both here and IRL Smile ).
What have ya perceived as the greatest misstep the Assembly has taken recently?
So. I am sorry this took so long. I typed up something up and forgot to hit the post button. Didn't realize it until like an hour ago. THEN when I redid everything I hit the wrong button and everything went away. So I took a moment to NOT break the laptop for being mean to me and Here is your (final) answer Smile

Anyway..
I feel like I am going to be repeating a bit of what was already said on this topic. The lack of civility and common courtesy has been a real problem. Although we did accomplish quite a bit this term, it almost felt like pulling teeth sometimes. We seem to have forgotten that TSP is not just a few. It is ALL. We need to remember that compromise is NOT a bad word and that the opinions of others are, no matter your opinion, valid opinions that person is allowed to have. I think that we have let personal feelings get in the way a bit more than we should and that is something everyone here needs to work on.
I agree about the lack of civility. It seems people couldn't disagree respectfully at times. How will you change that if elected?
Penguin, you are a great candidate. You are TSP Dean(if Im right) and a member of the CSS. Tell me Penguin, are you commited to keep the Assembly as safe as the whole CSS keeps safe TSP from coups if you got elected for chair? If so, then how?
What would you have does differently than you predecessor, Rebeltopia?

I will do my best to remind people that all opinions matter and the incivility will NOT be tolerated. I will do my best to lead by example and try to practice what I preach.

Of course. Smile I was welcomed to TSP a while back with open arms and decided right then and there that there was no other region I wanted to be a part of. All of this talk about people being afraid of speaking out in public, that has to end. If you can't share your opinions with your family, then who can you share them with? And TSP is a Family. A slightly dysfunctional one, but a family nonetheless. I will do my best to ease and end the fears that seem to be among the people by holding an open TG policy. Anyone who has ANY issue should feel free to bring it to me. I will do what I can to make sure that everyone feels safe in this part of the family circle.
