Madam President,
We hereby submit Resolution 005, concerning the Pendragon Scholarship Fund
Sponsors: The Anarcho Pacifist Technocracy of Hammerstar
Signatores: TBD
[align=justify]
Bringing to attention that there has yet to be a student exchange program within SCO member states
Noting that there are hundreds of thousands of bring students that are interested in studying abroad
Realising that through a student exchange program, transparency between nations shall be clearer.
Therefore, enacting Resolution #005, also known as The Pendragon Scholarship Fund which allows member SCO states to:
1. Decrease the boundaries between respective nations in favour of a smoother flux of international students
2. Create an international organisation under the SCO in which its purpose are but not limited to:
2.a Enabling students to send the required documents, in which chosen SCO universities could scan through the choices, and choose a student.
2.b Host tests for students applying to a university that requires a standard proficiency test.
2.c Host classes to teach students the language of the country they are applying to, should it be necessary
3. Present their state owned universities that have agreed to partake in the Pendragon Scholarship Fund.
Writing up a Scholarship fund for over 1000 bright students in The South Pacific every year, and bestow upon them a full scholarship from the Southern Cooperation Organisation and a research grant worth over PL 975.000
Decides to remain actively seized on the matter.
We would like to ask for the council's opinion of this resolution, before we agree on voting.
