In accordance with the passage of "The Restoration of the Coalition" the region shall embark on a Great Council.
The first course of action will be to adopt procedures for the Great Council. Following the adoption of procedures, the Great Council will officially commence with debate and drafting.
All are welcome to participate. A more finite timeline will be determined once procedures are decided.
