Honorable Justice,

My question to the court is, what do we do when we have no MoMA accepting their position? Because that kinda happened.
(This is the format for this stuff, right?)

Thanks
If it pleases the court I would like to state that we do have a candidate for MoMA just the Election Commission has not yet added their name to the candidate list.
In case you didn't know Imkitopia nominated herself for MoA.
I would like to add though that this is a question I believe the court should answer as so we do know what might occur in the future.
Whoops. Still would like to know the answer though
Since there is currently a debate in the Assembly and since there is currently at least one candidate in each election, the Court finds no need to formally answer this Legal Question.

However, informally and hypothetically, if the situation arose where there was a vacancy and the Assembly did not start discussions; the Court would only be able to offer suggestions:
-Appeal to the Assembly to create a law
or
-If the elections are over, appeal to the Cabinet to formulate an Executive Order (following the procedures as stated in the Charter).

Again, simply hypothetically and informally of course.
